Cirrus is involved in the planning, design and execution of capital improvements at each of the properties we manage. From the tiny La Capri mixed-use property in the up-and-coming Kaimuki District of Oahu to the 475-unit Meridian Pointe development located across the street from California State University, Northridge.
Our experienced team is able to offer design services, secure construction plans and permits, oversee vendor selection and management, review contracts, and manage change orders. We will assume responsibility for cost control, accounting and finance budget reviews, as well as coordination with all government agencies and building inspectors. Our regular communications include scheduling updates, on-site coordination with residents and progress reports in both narrative and photographic formats.
Previous projects include the astonishing transformation of the “ugly duckling” Royal Sherman Apartments in North Hollywood, California into The Marquee, an award-winning renovation. Ongoing projects include the 134-unit Tradewinds community in Honolulu on Oahu, the 30-unit Wahie in Lahaina on Maui, and 50 units in Arroyo Grande, California.
