Currently, Cirrus is responsible for the property management of over 12,000 apartments in six states. Cirrus also offers management consulting services, financing originations, as well as deep construction management services for many of its clients.

Steve Heimler and the team bring extensive experience in property acquisitions, property operations, and dispositions from their many years working with well known ‘players’ in the multifamily industry, and have assisted in the transfer of over $4,500,000,000 in assets.
